Thinking About Coming Alone?
You're not the only one.
One of the most common things we hear is: "I'd love to come, but I'm nervous about coming on my own."
In fact, most of our guests arrive solo! Whether you are looking for a break from the demands of everyday life, feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted or simply in need of a reset - you might be craving a retreat but worried about stepping outside of your comfort zone.
The good news? Arriving on your own is completely normal at We Are Remedy. We are renowned for our friendly, warm atmosphere, so if you’re nervous about booking a retreat, then we might just be the retreat for you!
A Wellness Retreat Designed for Real People
You don't need to be outgoing.
You don't need to be a yoga expert.
You don't need to be super fit.
And you certainly don't need to have your life figured out.
Our retreats bring together people from different backgrounds who share one thing in common: a desire to prioritise their wellbeing and reconnect with themselves.
Many guests tell us they feel at ease within hours of arriving.
Is This You?
This retreat may be a good fit if:
You feel stressed, overwhelmed or emotionally drained
You're constantly looking after everyone else
You're struggling to switch off
You want to prioritise your wellbeing
You're craving time in nature
You're looking for meaningful connection
You want to attend a retreat but don't have anyone to come with
You feel nervous at the thought of coming on a retreat but also find yourself craving one!
If you're nodding along, you're exactly the kind of person who often joins us.
Will I Feel Awkward?
It's a completely natural concern - most people worry they'll be the only person arriving alone.
The reality is often the opposite.
Many guests attend solo and quickly discover they're surrounded by people who had exactly the same worries before arriving. There's no pressure to share personal stories, join every conversation or be "on" all the time. You can connect when you want to and enjoy quiet time when you need it.
